Clifton Johnson edited versions of Rollo at Work and Rollo at Play
in this volume. He states in his preface that he attempted to keep the
basic moralistic instruction in the stories but deleted some of the
more drawn-out moralizing sections. Abbott's son, Lyman Abbott, wrote a
several page introduction. The illustrations are new to this edition.
The artist is unknown.
